All New Practice Regiments!

With the ever increasingly ill weather we've been having in the Bay Area, Dragonboat is now starting new work out regiments for the days we cannot go out in the boats. To help increase our overall stamina, we'll be jogging for 15 minutes. For stronger and more efficient abdominal and core muscles, 2 sets of 15 sits-ups and crunches. For our arms and chest, 3 sets of 12 push-ups. Although we will be doing these exercises when the boats are unavailable due to weather restrictions or any other complication, it is highly recommended that you do these during your freetime as well.
